Starescare is an entertainment experience created by Ben Albiston, not a reliable device-wide screen-time monitor. Do not use it for medical decisions, emergencies or safety-critical timing.

Health notes are general educational information. Seek qualified medical advice for persistent symptoms or concerns.

Use only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not use the app to harass someone or infringe their rights. You retain ownership of your photos.

Choose a comfortable volume. Do not use the app while driving. Stop if the imagery or sounds cause distress.

Photos, preferences and usage totals are stored locally in the current browser. They may be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing or change devices. No backup or cross-device recovery is provided.

No subscriptions or in-app purchases are active in this version. Any future paid feature will need clear purchase terms before you buy. No purchase is promised by selecting a style today.

The current Basic/Premium selector simply switches feature availability for demonstration. Choosing Premium does not charge you or record a purchase.

The app may contain errors or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
