Check your device volume and “Music and sound effects” in settings. Tap the expanded-view button to enable playback. Smaller views are silent unless the Premium option “Also play sound when minimised” is enabled. Hidden pages remain silent.

Basic includes the original skull and Grey visitor alien. Other faces stay visible in the collection but are greyed out and cannot be selected. Choose Premium near the top of the app to try every face, 2× recharge and personal heartbeat options. This switch is free for now; there is no checkout.

Switching back to Basic keeps your photo, session progress and daily history. Saved Premium preferences return when you select Premium again.

The daily log measures visible time in this app, not all phone use. Each day runs from midnight to 23:59 in your device’s local time. Resetting or recharging the face does not erase daily totals.

For pulse matching, gently feel your wrist pulse with two fingers and tap once for each beat, six times. Use Retap if timing varies. The result personalises a sound effect, not a medical measurement.

Clear this website’s site data in your browser settings to remove its saved photo, settings, pulse rhythm and daily logs. “Reset decay” is not data deletion. Revoke camera permission separately if you wish.
